Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment
DIGITALO Pty Ltd (“DIGITALO”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to making our website as accessible and inclusive as reasonably practical.
We believe everyone should be able to access information about our services, regardless of their abilities, the technology they use or the way they browse the internet.
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment rather than a one-time task. As technology, accessibility standards and our website continue to evolve, we regularly review and improve our website to provide the best possible experience for all visitors.
Accessibility Standards
Where reasonably practical, DIGITALO aims to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, the internationally recognised standard for accessible web content.
While we make every reasonable effort to improve accessibility, we recognise that some areas of the website may not yet fully meet every accessibility requirement. We are committed to identifying and addressing these areas over time.
Accessibility Features
We have incorporated a range of accessibility features into our website where practical, including:
-
clear and consistent navigation;
-
responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile devices;
-
readable fonts and appropriate text sizing;
-
sufficient colour contrast where practical;
-
descriptive headings and page structure;
-
keyboard-friendly navigation where supported;
-
alternative text for many images where appropriate;
-
plain English content wherever practical; and
-
ongoing reviews to improve accessibility and usability.
Accessibility improvements form part of our regular website reviews and updates.
Known Limitations
Despite our ongoing efforts, some areas of our website may have accessibility limitations.
These may include:
-
embedded third-party content that we do not control;
-
Google Maps and other third-party widgets;
-
downloadable PDF documents created before accessibility improvements;
-
content supplied by clients or third parties; or
-
older website content awaiting review.
We continue to improve these areas wherever reasonably practical.
Our Client Websites
DIGITALO also encourages accessibility best practices when designing and developing websites for our clients.
Where accessibility requirements form part of a project, we are happy to discuss practical solutions that support a more inclusive online experience.
Feedback
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website or believe there is an accessibility issue, we encourage you to let us know.
We value your feedback and will make reasonable efforts to:
-
investigate reported issues;
-
provide information in an alternative format where practical;
-
improve the accessibility of our website; and
-
consider your feedback as part of future website improvements.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility enquiries within two business days wherever possible.
